Greer, AZ is a mostly unknown, rare gem. At 8,500 feet of elevation, it is one of the darkest sky areas in the nation with epic star gazing opportunities. It’s surrounded by the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest and has fly fishing, hiking, horseback riding, ATV trails, and much more. The opportunity to own a cabin here is highly sought after by those that know about the location’s silent beauty.
Heber-Overgaard
Heber-Overgaard is on the Mogollon Rim of the White Mountains with plenty of room for outdoor activities like hiking and biking. The tall ponderosa pines and close-knit community give off small mountain town vibes, even though it’s quite close to Phoenix. Heber-Overgaard includes the western-themed Bison Ranch neighborhood. Homes in the Heber-Overgaard community typically are more affordable than other places in the White Mountains.
