Bison Ridge

Located in the Sitgreaves National Forest is the Bison Ridge residential community. The cabins are affordable and secluded, yet minutes from downtown Show Low. Being in the forest, there are many outdoor recreational activities to enjoy and escape the city life. There are both gated and non-gated areas in the community. Elk Springs

Elk Springs is the perfect mix of a mountain escape and still being near civilization in Pinetop-Lakeside. With easy access to White Mountain Boulevard, people can easily get to shopping and dining in town. Homes in Elk Springs are affordably priced and average 2,000 square feet.

Lakeside Summer Homes

The Lakeside Summer Homes neighborhood is well established, with tall ponderosa pines providing privacy and shade. Here you can enjoy hiking, hunting, and outdoor recreation or peacefully relax. Being an older community, there are older, rustic cabins and newly designed ones. The mature pine trees and large lots make for a lot of privacy and quiet.

Mountain Gate Homes

Mountain Gate Homes is a gated neighborhood in Pinetop-Lakeside complete with winding, tree-lined roads. As you travel through, you will see a variety of beautiful homes ranging from 1,000 square feet to 3,000 square feet. The community has many walking trails, streams, waterfalls, and seven ponds to enjoy. Additionally, there is a gated area with townhomes and custom bite-built homes.

Pinetop Country Club

Pinetop Country Club has many housing options, including townhomes, condos, site-built homes, and fairway golf course homes. The homes vary in style, size, and price. The golfing community offers an 18-hole championship golf course that traverses through the White Mountains and passes by three lakes. There is a private golf course for members and a public course available at reasonable fees. The community also has tennis, pickleball, and groups for mountain biking, hiking, book club, arts and crafts, fitness classes, bridge, canasta, and more. The National Forest is right next door, providing easy access to hiking, biking, and ATV trails.

Pinetop Lakes Country Club

Similar to Pinetop Country Club, Pinetop Lakes Country Club offers many choices of housing options and activities to take part in. Pinetop Lakes Country Club includes an 18-hole public golf course, full-service dining, and planned entertainment. There is a recreation center with a pool, hot tubs, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, and basketball, a full workout facility, a playground, indoor ping pong, pool tables, etc. The community has many groups for a variety of hobbies, and the National Forest is outside for hiking, biking, and ATV riding. Pinetop Lakes Country Club is family oriented, with something for everyone!

The Retreat at Bison Crossing

If you are looking for a resort-style community, the Retreat at Bison Crossing may be the place for you. It’s part of the Bison Crossing mixed-use master-planned development created by the Bison Homes family. Shores at Rainbow Lake

Greer

Greer, AZ is a mostly unknown, rare gem. At 8,500 feet of elevation, it is one of the darkest sky areas in the nation with epic star gazing opportunities. It’s surrounded by the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest and has fly fishing, hiking, horseback riding, ATV trails, and much more. The opportunity to own a cabin here is highly sought after by those that know about the location’s silent beauty.

Heber-Overgaard

Heber-Overgaard is on the Mogollon Rim of the White Mountains with plenty of room for outdoor activities like hiking and biking. The tall ponderosa pines and close-knit community give off small mountain town vibes, even though it’s quite close to Phoenix. Heber-Overgaard includes the western-themed Bison Ranch neighborhood. Homes in the Heber-Overgaard community typically are more affordable than other places in the White Mountains.

Linden

Linden is west of Show Low and on the Mogollon Rim. If you’re looking for a quiet town to settle in, Linden is the place to be. It has a few subdivisions and communities such as Cheney Ranch and Timberland Acres. Most people travel to Show Low to work and shop.

Pinedale

Pinedale is a small community around Pinetop, AZ. If you’re looking for minimal population and privacy on the outskirts of town, Pinedale is the place to be. Like the other communities, it offers a healthy mix of outdoor activities and privacy.

Show Low

Show Low is an opportune place to live and/or vacation. With endless outdoor activities to take part in, shopping, dining, and more, residents can stay active or enjoy relaxation. Pinetop-Lakeside
